Anita Moorman

Collaboration will focus on research presentations & publications in the area of current and emerging disability in sport legal issues and trends. Work will intersect primarily with the DIS area of the Center.

Anita Moorman is an associate professor in Sport Administration at the University of Louisville where she teaches sport law and legal aspects of sport. She has a law degree from Southern Methodist University and, prior to her academic pursuits, practiced law in Oklahoma City in the areas of commercial and corporate litigation for ten years. She also holds an MS degree in sport management from the University of Oklahoma and a BS in political science from Oklahoma State University.
