Northeastern University's Center for the Study of Sport in Society has been the official publisher of the internationally acclaimed Racial and Gender Report Card.
The Racial & Gender Report Card is a comprehensive research document that analyzes the hiring practices of women and people of color in the NBA, NFL, Major League Baseball, NHL, Major League Soccer, the Women's NBA, the NCAA and its member institutions.
Sport in Society produced the report from 1989 through 2001.
From 2002 on, subsequent issues will be researched and produced by the affiliated National Consortium for Academics and Sports (NCAS) National Office at the University of Central Florida.
