In order for candidates to apply for the Athletes in Service to America program, you must apply online through the AmeriCorps Recruiting Website (link below). You are able to serve at any of our regional operating sites, so you will have to select a site and apply.

If you have not registered through the AmeriCorps Web site, you must do that first to access the system. It is a very quick and easy process.

Once registered and in the AmeriCorps system, you must select one/or more of the states in which you would like to serve and put in “Athletes in Service to America” as key words. You will then get a listing of matches. Select the Athletes in Service program to enter our official listing.

You will then select the option to apply for the program and begin the online application process. When the online application is complete, your application is sent to the corresponding site. You will be contacted by one of our site coordinators.

Please forward your athletic background (include coach, sport and years played) and resume to site coordinator after you have applied.
